Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Slambot.app ("Slambot", "the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Slambot.app, governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

What Slambot is

Slambot.app is a platform that uses AI to transform photos of cars. You upload a photo, pick a bot, and we generate a modified version. The service requires credits, which you can purchase or receive through our free signup allowance. Each bot has its own credit cost, displayed before you generate.

Account requirements

A free account is required to generate transformations. You can browse the full bot roster and view presets without signing in, but generating requires authentication. New accounts receive 10 free credits to get started.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Credits and payments

• Credits are non-refundable, except when a technical failure on our end prevents your generation from completing. In that case, credits are automatically refunded to your account by our QA pipeline — no need to contact us.
• If a generation fails due to content safety rejection (e.g., your input was flagged as inappropriate), credits are not refunded.
• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes calculated by Stripe Tax.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active. If your account is terminated for Terms violations, remaining credits are forfeited.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.

Your photos

• You must own or have rights to the photos you upload. Uploading someone else's photos without their permission is not allowed and is your sole responsibility.
• You retain full ownership of your original photos. Uploading a photo does not transfer any rights to us.
• We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Content ownership and licensing

• Generated images are yours. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, share, modify, and publish your generated images however you like — including commercially.
• Results are public by default when generated. They are visible in the community feed and accessible to anyone with the share link. You can make any result private at any time from your garage.
• All generated images include a Slambot watermark. This watermark must not be removed or obscured when sharing results publicly.
• Public content licence: When a result is public, you grant Slambot.app a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in the community feed, use it in promotional materials, and feature it on social media. You can revoke this licence at any time by making the result private or deleting it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Slambot to:

• Upload or attempt to generate illegal content of any kind.
• Upload, generate, or attempt to generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors in a sexual context. Accounts engaging in this will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
• Upload content depicting real people without their consent, particularly in a defamatory or misleading context.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent content safety filters or rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract prompts, models, or proprietary data.
• Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems.
• Automate bulk usage or run bots against the service without written permission.
• Misrepresent AI-generated results as real photographs.

Content moderation

All uploaded images pass through automated content safety checks (Azure Content Safety). Uploads that are flagged as unsafe are rejected and the generation does not proceed. All community feedback is moderated before publication.

Slambot reserves the right to remove any public content that violates these terms, and to suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate them. We won't do this capriciously — we want you here — but we reserve the right to act when necessary to protect the platform and its users.

Community features

Slambot includes community features such as the public feed, reactions, comments, and collections. By participating, you agree to treat other users with respect. We reserve the right to remove comments or restrict community access for users who violate these norms.

Availability and disclaimer

We do our best to keep Slambot running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. AI generation is inherently variable — results may not always meet your expectations. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slambot.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded for consumer contracts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slambot.app and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
